Gulf Pointe Properties was founded in 2009 specializing in investment real estate properties stretching from Fort Myers to Marco Island, Florida.

Our rental division  currently manages over 130 condos, villas and single-family homes stretching from North Fort Myers to Marco Island, Florida.   We steadily continue to add to the success of our management portfolio due to the dedication and diligence of the Gulf Pointe Team’s ability to maintain customer satisfaction and client retention.
